How long will it take to receive my order?

The order is processed on the same day and shipped the following day, in Italy it will be delivered in 48 hours, in the rest of Europe from 48 to 72 hours. Delivery details will still be provided in the confirmation email along with the tracking code.

Can I return my products?

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving his purchase, as indicated by European legislation 2011/83/EU. The legislation requires that to exercise the right of withdrawal the user must give prior notice to the seller, and return the goods intact, in their original packaging (where present). The refund will be made after verifying the integrity of the material.
